Very few kids want to be a hedge fund manager when they grow up. I think when I grow up this is what I want to do...
if you can't read the writing, caption reads: "This is an actual fly by during deployment of the Nuclear Aircraft Carrier USS Stennis. The pilot was grounded for 30 days, but he likes the picture and thinks it was worth it. Yikes!

Do you see the condensation forming on the leading edge of the inner part of the wings? My understanding is that is caused by the extreme low pressure that develops above the wings in a high angle of attack, like he must be in to maintain flight with that angle of bank. (I could be completely wrong about that, though.)
makes sense to me... Hey can we try this maneuver next time we go flying?
